TOPIC: Some consequences of decoherence in bipartite open systems

Abstract
Recent work on decoherence dynamics of bipartite quantum systems has drawn attention to unexpected temporal behavior of entanglement measures. Both mixed-state and pure state qubit examples will be discussed.
